Payment Options
We work to make paying for your periodontal care as easy and convenient as possible, and offer several payment options. In addition to cash and check, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We give a 5% pre-payment discount on treatment fees when you pay by cash or check.
Financing
We participate with two third-party finance sources that provide zero-interest and low-interest financing for your treatment. Our finance coordinator can help you determine which plan and terms work best for you.
CareCredit
CareCredit is a healthcare financing service that has zero-interest and low-interest financing plans for qualified applicants. You can receive zero-interest financing for up to 24 months, and low-interest financing for 24-60 months.
LendingClub Patient Solutions
Our practice is pleased to present flexible payment plans through Lending Club Patient Solutions. Lending Club Patient Solutions offers:
- Plans with low fixed rates & low monthly payments that never change over the life of the loan
- Patient-friendly, True No-Interest Plans with no retroactive interest
- No upfront payments
- No prepayment penalty
It’s easy to calculate your potential monthly payments. Simply complete a short application which displays fixed rates and monthly payments available for extended plans, all without impacting your credit score.

Insurance
We are not in network, but we will help you with your insurance at your request. We will help you prepare your claim and help you receive the maximum allowable reimbursement from your policy. We can also file the claim on your behalf, and will do so electronically to expedite the process.
